Pandesa Expands Operations, Moves To Larger Facility

PANDESA EXPANDS OPERATIONS, MOVES TO LARGER FACILITY

Internet Software Company Moves to Larger Facility to Accommodate Recent Growth, Prepares for Continued Expansion

Los Gatos, California, November 31, 2007 - In a move to accommodate increased staffing and a recent growth spurt, Pandesa today announced plans to relocate its headquarters from San Jose, CA to neighboring Los Gatos.  The new facility will better accommodate Pandesa staff and allow for anticipated growth.

“Our recent growth, due primarily to increased sales of our ShareVault virtual data room, has led to hiring and the need to expand our operations.  We are thrilled with our new location, and look forward to continued growth in our new facility which can accommodate us as we scale up”, said Richard Andersen, CEO of Pandesa Corporation.

Pandesa plans to make the move over the coming weekend with no disruption to service.  Pandesa’s internet servers will not be affected by the move since they are located in a separate data center run by a third party hosting company.
